The thing's we love about NINA;

- loving cousin (always willing to listen)

- hands on mom (Erica and Cy, remember mother knows best, that's what my wife always says)

- faithful and supportive wife (Doug, your truly blessed to have a partner in Nina)

- full of energy (I hope at 40 she gets her second wind)

- having a house in SF (where we can stay, so please don't sell the house)

- love for family (hands down)

- her smile (although sometimes may "topak")

- her mind (smart and hard to get around her)

- her attitude (always positive and practical like Tita Bibay)

- her sense of humor (i guess that's from Tito Pompey)
